Bikin' and Trikin'

As you can see, Christian is now sitting up all on his own. Here he is helping us sort out our junk mail.

And he actually seems to like his bath time. The only time he cries is after we are done and are drying him off. He has a little "Finding Nemo" toy and a rubber ducky that tells whether or not the water is too hot.

He is becoming very sociable now too. He has a game he likes to play where Laura will pat his mouth lightly and he sings. Also, when we lay down on our back with him on our tummy, and growl at him, he laughs really hard, which is very cute. I tried posting a video of it but for some reason it won't work. He gets a little fussy right before bed or when hungry but other than that he is a very happy baby.

And we think his eye color might be changing. More on that once we figure out what it really is.

It's been quite crazy at the Kincade household. We chose the month of December to remodel our downstairs unit, move out of upstairs, move downstairs, have Christmas at our place, paint all the rooms, put together and install kitchen cabinets, and get nearly all new appliances. We aren't done with our kitchen yet. All this, while trying to have some semblance of a normal life.
Things are getting back to normal finally.

Christian is sleeping in his own crib and in his own room. He has graduated from the bassinet and he really seems to like it. The first night was terrible, but from then on, he is sleeping longer and more hours at a time. He still wakes up but not nearly as often.

We have a really fun picture of Santa that I'm trying to figure out how to scan into the blog spot. Once I've got that down you'll see it here.
