Bikin' and Trikin'

We spent Thanksgiving a the Henningsen lakehouse in Missouri. Christian got to meet his cousins for the first time. He really loved being around the other kids. He seems pretty comfortable being the center of attention as you can see from the picture above. We might have a little performer on our hands.

It snowed in Seattle last night pretty heavy. But as is usual for our snows it is gone again already. I got Christian outside in the snow for a bit and he seemed a little scared of it. He mostly just stood there and watched other people playing in the snow. He stayed on the sidewalk and I had to pick him up and put him in the snow, which he wasn't too crazy about. Some nice dad I am, huh? I was hoping he would see how easy it is to walk in the snow but he was still kind of scared of it. Maybe we'll have to move to Hawaii.

Laura took a trip to Las Vegas this weekend so I had Christian all to myself. It was my first time watching him all by myself for any length of time. As usual, he did wake up in the middle of the night at least once each night, but that's pretty normal for him. I took him to the Children's Museum one day and we had lunch in the food court there. Today was horrible weather so all we did was head down to the kid-friendly coffee-shop.
