You may have been wondering what's going on with your favorite Kincade and ours, Christian. It's been a while since I blogged, part laziness, part being busy, and part the fact that the milestones are getting further and further apart. As you see here, he is full-on climbing. A little scary, being as how he can easily climb high enough that he can then fall and hurt himself, but I guess that's going to be a worry at some point or another.
His speech development is incredible now. Laura read somewhere that a kid his age should know 50 words. So we started counting. We didn't even get to them all. In no particular order, and in rapid-fire succession, here are all the words we got to:
jump stuck up play oval eyes ears book yes ball thank you other one no turtle color TV on off radio tractor apple airplane helicopter truck train cow cat dog mommy daddy water milk juice shoes blocks balloon whoa belly belly button button big more I did it buckle diaper argh matey walk oh goodness run zebra hat done yogurt cereal shadow light good night hot fire pasta elbow knee teeth mouth sock kiss paper bounce high chair banana raffi goats bird crow chicken animal mimi coat stroller other way dirt yucky soap bath bottom penguin puffin more
There are a few more but these are the ones that come to mind.
